Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• At least 5 years of relevant construction experience.
• Domestic travel is required; overseas travel is possible.

Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with design specs and industry standards.
• Document inspection results including deficiencies, deviations, and corrective actions.
• Review submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitor progress and maintain daily reports, deficiency notices, and status updates.
• Oversee field construction services, enforcing safety and quality requirements.
• Conduct site investigations and participate in project meetings and closeout activities.
