Qualifications

• Strong technical writing and oral communication with contractors, engineers, and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with design specs and regulations.
• Documents inspection results, deficiencies, and required corrective actions.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors progress; prepares daily reports, deficiency notices, and status updates.
• Inspects materials and testing processes to ensure compliance with standards.
• Oversees field construction services; enforces safety and permitting requirements.
• Conducts site investigations and reviews relevant maps, reports, and drawings.
• Participates in pre-construction meetings, design reviews, and closeout activities.
• Ensures regulatory compliance and delivers technical documentation.
• Develops and mentors junior staff; liaises with contractors, engineers, and clients.
• Performs other duties as required.
