Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings and contract documents.
• Extensive field inspection experience on construction projects.
• Strong written and oral communication, and ability to interface with engineers and clients.

Responsibilities

• Conducts on-site inspections of construction, rehabilitation, and maintenance projects to verify compliance with specifications, standards, safety codes, and regulations.
• Documents inspection results including deficiencies, deterioration, and required corrective actions; maintains daily reports and status updates.
• Reviews submittals, RFIs, shop drawings, and material certifications in coordination with engineers and project teams.
• Monitors progress, prepares deficiency notices, and provides technical recommendations.
