Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• NCEES Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) exam completed or in progress.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect building construction projects of moderate size and complexity.
• Coordinate work of contractors and multiple trades to ensure contract compliance.
• Review shop drawings, product data, and submittals for completeness and contract compliance.
• Monitor contractor progress, identify delays, and coordinate corrective actions.
• Prepare and review contract changes, field/change orders, and time extensions.
