Qualifications

• Three years of experience assisting in the management of multi-trade construction projects from inception to completion, including cost estimating, planning and scheduling, and contract document interpretation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee construction supervision and inspection on medium to large projects to ensure adherence to drawings, specifications, and standards.
• Review field orders, change orders, and all necessary paperwork for accuracy and compliance.
• Assist Senior Superintendent or Building Construction Engineer on larger projects to ensure contractor adherence to plans and codes.
• Travel is required to sites across the state.
• Other duties as assigned.
