Job summary

Qualifications

• Engineering degree required.
• Demonstrated technical and/or leadership capability.

Responsibilities

• Developing into a 'Champion' of safety performance through active engagement with the safety program and the craft.
• Support the integration of Contractor/subcontractor's workface planning with engineering, quality, procurement, and systems completion activities.
• Provide surveillance for conformance with the contract in execution of the work scope.
• Assist with driving site construction safety, quality, cost, and schedule performance in assigned areas/scope.
• Perform detailed analyses on construction execution data and metrics.
• Actively participate in removing constraints that would hinder Contractor's organization, planning, execution, and controls, and support improvement plans to close gaps in performance.
• Assist with facilitation of interfaces (design, other construction / fabrication sites, commissioning / startup, operations, third parties, etc.)
• Role is a field-based role - individual will be driving or riding along with more experienced construction staff to various work sites for field-level engagements with craft worker
