Job summary

Exo Group LLC is seeking a Construction Foreman to lead field operations for critical infrastructure projects in Magnolia, Texas. You will translate project plans into on-site execution, supervise crews, ensure safety, and maintain quality and schedule adherence.

The role requires hands-on leadership, strong communication, and the ability to read blueprints, with travel 90% of the time and OSHA-style safety focus. Expect a fast-paced environment with daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training preferred.
• 5+ years of construction experience
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• OSHA certification preferred
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 90% of the time

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coordinate, and direct daily activities of construction crews and subcontractors
• Interpret and execute project plans, blueprints, and specifications
• Ensure work is performed in accordance with project scope, schedule, and quality standards
• Lead by example to maintain a productive and professional job site
• Enforce all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Conduct daily safety briefings (toolbox talks) and job hazard analyses
• Identify and mitigate job site risks to ensure a safe working environment
• Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Collaborate with Project Managers and Superintendents to plan work activities and sequencing
• Coordinate labor, materials, tools, and equipment to maintain workflow and productivity
• Monitor progress and communicate updates, delays, and challenges proactively
• Assist with scheduling and resource allocation to meet project deadlines
• Inspect work in progress to ensure compliance with plans, specifications, and company standards
• Identify and correct deficiencies or rework issues promptly
• Maintain high standards of workmanship across all tasks
• Train, mentor, and support crew members to improve skill levels and performance
• Foster teamwork, accountability, and a positive work environment
• Work with superintendents and managers to address performance or behavioral issues in a timely and professional manner
