Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; college sophomore or junior.
• Proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to travel during the summer and work extended shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate materials and tools to support project execution.
• Maintain organized jobsites with inventory management.
• Support construction operations (wire cutting, labeling, assembly).
• Collaborate with Inside Sales, Purchasing, Operations, and customers.
• Apply safety best practices and support continuous improvement initiatives.
• Assist with cycle counting and material tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment on active sites.
