Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Currently a sophomore or junior in college.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Organized, able to manage priorities and work independently or in a team.

Responsibilities

• Participate in Electrical Distribution Orientation to learn organizational functions and vendor relationships.
• Job shadow multiple departments with a focus on the Project Coordinator role.
• Support Lighting & Gear Teams and learn from industry professionals.
• Travel with Lighting & Gear Specialists to customer sites for field experience.
• Attend commercial events, trainings, and trade shows and assist with setup.
• Contribute to design by interpreting customer needs for lighting and gear solutions.
• Perform assigned project-related tasks and administrative duties.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support project execution.
