Job summary

Greek Real Estate Partners is seeking an Assistant Superintendent to support the Superintendent in coordinating construction projects at our New Jersey site. You will assist field operations, subcontractor coordination, documentation, safety compliance, and closeout tasks to ensure projects are completed safely and on schedule.

Qualifications

Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret construction documents, specifications, contracts, procedures, and regulations.
Ability to apply mathematical concepts and construction-related calculations to practical field situations.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and support field operations and subcontractor activities.
Monitor safety, quality, and schedule; communicate issues to the Superintendent.
Maintain project drawings, specifications, and documentation onsite.
Assist with punch lists and project closeout.
