Qualifications

• 2–3 years of on-site construction/coordination experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office; CM platforms a plus.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Support on-site project execution, ensuring work follows drawings and specs.
• Oversee daily construction activities, verify safety and quality compliance, document progress.
• Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve field conflicts.
• Maintain daily logs, photos, and safety observations.
• Assist in preparing project updates, schedules, and safety documentation.
