Job summary

manpowe is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join the San Antonio, TX team and support on-site construction projects within our Project & Development Services group. You will ensure work aligns with drawings and specifications, oversee daily activities, verify safety and quality, and document progress with logs, photos, and reports.

Strong reading of drawings and OSHA 30 are required, with 2–3 years of field experience and proficiency in MS Office; CM platforms are a plus.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Our client, in the construction and project management industry, is seeking a Construction Coordinator to join their team. As a Construction Coordinator, you will be part of the Project & Development Services department supporting onsite construction activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Location:San Antonio, TX
Pay Range: $35 to $37/hr.

What's the Job?

What's Needed?

• Current OSHA 30-Hour Outreach Course certification for the Construction Industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and shop drawings across multiple disciplines.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a construction field role such as field coordinator, assistant superintendent, or project engineer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with construction management platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to document field conditions clearly and coordinate effectively with diverse teams.
