Job summary

BC Tech Pro in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Computer Field Technician to perform hardware repairs and installations on laptops and desktops. The role requires prior experience with laptop and desktop hardware and on-boarding will include Dell and Lenovo certifications, provided at no cost.

This is a 1099 contract position with pay by ticket ($35 per ticket). Tickets are handled Monday through Friday; you must log into your portal by 9 am to accept, update, and map calls, with parts provided

Qualifications

• Experience with laptop and desktop hardware.
• Ability to perform hardware repairs and installations.
• Must have access to a computer and the internet to log into your portal.

Responsibilities

• Perform hardware part replacements for Dell and Lenovo warranty services.
• Log into the tech portal by 9 am on weekdays to accept tickets and update status.
• Coordinate onsite visits with customers and manage windows for service.
• Receive and return parts shipped by manufacturers.
