Job summary

ShalePro Energy Services is seeking a Compressor Operator / Facility Operator to run and maintain gathering system compressor stations. You will document equipment, perform housekeeping, maximize throughput, and conduct minor maintenance on engines, compressors, separators, generators, and related equipment.

You will work with craft personnel to resolve issues, troubleshoot abnormal operations, and ensure regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Gas or Diesel Mechanics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and safely operate natural gas compressor stations and associated midstream equipment.
• Work within safety and operations guidelines and regulatory requirements.
• Read and record gas, condensate, and production water/brine quantities.
• Report temperatures, pressures, and runtimes in logs.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with client supervisors.
