Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group provides facility maintenance services to retail chains and distribution centers. The Field Compliance Inspector conducts standardized inspections at Quick-Inspect sites, emphasizing efficiency and accuracy to support service agreements.

The role requires on-site field work, strong attention to detail, solid time management, and the ability to communicate findings clearly. Travel, weather considerations, and timely reporting are expected aspects of this position.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred and/or related experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using smart devices like an iPad or iPhone is a plus.
• Valid Driver's License; must provide own vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites following standardized checklists.
• Evaluate site compliance using independent judgment and determine follow-up actions.
• Ensure operational compliance and service quality to meet contractual obligations and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain understanding of inspection criteria and company standards across all inspection points.
• Document findings using digital tools and submit reports timely.
