Job summary

DMG is seeking a Field Compliance Inspector to conduct standardized site inspections at Quick-Inspect locations across the United States. You will exercise independent judgment to evaluate compliance, follow checklists, and submit timely digital reports while maintaining high service quality.

The role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication, and the ability to travel to customer sites. Comfortable working in field conditions, with an emphasis on safety, speed, and KPI

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred and/or relative experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Experience using smart applications like an iPad or iPhone is a plus.
• Valid Driver’s License; must provide own vehicle.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standardized procedures.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient with digital apps and documentation.
• Willingness to drive long distances; some overnight travel may be required.
• Sense of urgency with customer issues.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites using standardized checklists.
• Evaluate site compliance and determine follow-up actions with independent judgment.
• Support contractual obligations and customer satisfaction goals through quality inspections.
• Maintain understanding of inspection criteria and company standards across all points.
• Document findings with digital tools and submit timely reports.
• Interact professionally with site personnel and customers.
• Coordinate with Field Project Manager and District Manager on issues and follow-ups.
• Respond promptly to escalations and customer requests.
• Conduct inspections during weather events or post storms including winter conditions.
• Manage time to meet KPIs and weekly inspection goals.
• Assist with insurance claim investigations as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
