Job summary

Divisions Maintenance Group is seeking a Field Compliance Inspector to perform standardized inspections at Quick-Inspect sites, interpreting criteria and ensuring timely, high-quality reporting. The role emphasizes independent judgment, strong time management, and customer-focused communication in a fast-paced field environment.

The position requires a valid driver’s license and own vehicle, with potential overnight travel and extensive on-site activity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• HS Diploma or GED accepted.
• Proficient with digital apps and documentation.
• Experience with smart devices (iPad/iPhone) is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail and adherence to procedures.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites using standardized checklists.
• Evaluate site compliance and determine follow-up actions.
• Support contractual obligations and customer satisfaction goals.
• Maintain understanding of inspection criteria and company standards.
• Document findings with digital tools and submit reports timely.
• Maintain professionalism and customer service during interactions.
• Coordinate with Field Project Manager and District Manager; escalate issues as needed.
• Respond urgently to escalations and customer requests.
• Conduct inspections during weather events and post-storm periods.
• Manage weekly KPI-driven inspection targets.
• Assist with insurance claim investigations as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
