Job summary

DMG is seeking a Field Compliance Inspector to conduct standardized inspections at Quick-Inspect sites, focusing on accuracy, efficiency, and timely reporting. The role supports compliance with service agreements and customer satisfaction by applying consistent criteria across commercial properties.

The inspector will work closely with Field Project Manager and District Manager(s), travel as needed, and maintain strong professional communication while meeting KPIs and deadlines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or relevant experience.
• HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with digital apps and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites using standardized checklists.
• Exercise independent judgment in evaluating site compliance and determining follow-up actions.
• Ensure operational compliance and service quality to support contractual obligations.
• Maintain understanding of inspection criteria and company standards for quality delivery.
• Document findings accurately using digital tools and submit reports timely.
