Job summary

DMG is seeking a Field Compliance Inspector to perform standardized inspections at Quick-Inspect sites nationwide, ensuring adherence to contractual and safety standards.

The role requires independent judgment, timely reporting, strong communication, and the ability to travel to customer locations, including during weather events.

You’ll work with Field Project Manager and District Manager, contributing to service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or related experience; HS Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient with digital apps and iPad/iPhone; able to document findings.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle; willingness to travel.
• Proactive, entrepreneurial work style; able to work independently.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled inspections at designated Quick-Inspect sites using standardized checklists.
• Evaluate site compliance and determine appropriate follow-up actions.
• Document findings with digital tools and submit reports promptly.
• Communicate issues and escalation needs to Field Project Manager and District Manager.
• Travel to sites, including during weather events, and maintain KPI cadence.
