Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of advanced Microsoft Excel experience, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, and/or data reconciliation.
• 1+ years of professional analytical or data-driven work in a business environment.
• Must be able to pass a non-registered fingerprint background check per FINRA.

Responsibilities

• Review, analyze, and reconcile compensation data for accuracy.
• Use advanced Excel to research discrepancies and validate data.
• Independently research and resolve complex compensation inquiries.
• Identify root causes of recurring issues and suggest improvements.
• Collaborate with advisors, vendors, and partners to resolve issues.
• Support process improvements and document findings.
