Job summary

MassMutual is seeking an Advisor Loan Consultant to collaborate with the Head of MMLIS Advisor Loans & Transitions to develop practice assessment capabilities across EXP GDC Wealth Recruits and Practice Acquisition candidates.

You will conduct detailed financial analyses, design loan structures, run break-evens and sensitivity analyses, and coordinate with home office partners to produce insights and reports for informed decision making.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of client-facing experience in financial services.
• 3+ years of Microsoft Excel experience.
• 1+ years cross-functional collaboration with field partners.
• High School Diploma.
• Able to pass FINRA fingerprint background check.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, report on advisor loan programs for the MMLIS Advisor Loans & Transitions.
• Produce detailed reports and summaries to inform candidate decisions.
• Interpret loan profitability into actionable insights.
• Identify KPIs and analyze data quality for governance.
• Develop presentation materials and collateral.
• Provide guidance to data users and perform system testing.
