At Home is seeking a Seasonal Customer Care & Store Support Specialist to bridge field teams, home office, and customers. This role delivers expert-level support across Customer Care and Store Support and provides tools and guidance to store teams for success.

The position handles complex inquiries, resolves issues with empathy, and identifies root causes to improve processes across all stores. Remote work from home with occasional travel to Coppell, TX; Dallas/Fort Worth area preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in retail store operations, customer care, or related retail support functions.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
• Experience with customer service or case management systems preferred.
• Familiarity with major social media platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operational Excellence: assess efficiency opportunities and create scalable store-wide processes.
• Field Support & Liaison: be the primary contact for store operational inquiries and translate feedback into insights.
• Customer Engagement: manage and resolve complex inquiries via email with professionalism and empathy.
• Documentation & Communication: develop and maintain operating procedures, job aids, and field communications.
• Collaboration & Continuous Improvement: partner with leaders to prioritize initiatives and drive improvements.
