You will promote Orkin’s pest management solutions to diverse industries, leveraging strong communication and problem-solving skills. The role offers a competitive base plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle after training, and modern sales tools.

You’ll conduct inspections, build relationships, meet sales targets, and participate in comprehensive training to accelerate your career within a mission-driven organization.

Qualifikationen

• No industry experience required; sales experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with customers

• Make strategic recommendations to prevent pests and uphold safety and standards.
• Build trusted relationships as a partner protecting the customer’s business.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting and follow-up on leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Perform interior and exterior inspections and propose practical solutions with confidence.
• Prepare sales agreements using the iPad provided and stay organized.
