Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a field service technician for the Pleasanton area. The role focuses on hands-on repair and proactive maintenance of commercial coffee equipment, with daily service calls to cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the region.

You will diagnose faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams, measure with a multimeter, and verify machine operation after repairs. A valid driver’s license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required, with a company vehicle

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience required (electrical, plumbing, mechanical).
• No formal credentials needed, but must know your way around a multimeter.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs; reliable smartphone; secure address for parts deliveries.

Responsibilities

• Run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity.
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble and reassemble components with precision and care.
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation.
• Write detailed service notes with accurate findings; no slang.
• Track time and manage digital tickets through ServiceTitan.
• Explain findings to customers in plain language.
• Test coffee machines post-repair to confirm proper operation.
