Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions seeks a hands-on Service Technician to service commercial coffee equipment across client sites. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain machines, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and communicate findings clearly to customers.

A valid driver's license and ability to lift 75 lbs are required. You'll work 30–60 hours weekly, with a company vehicle after training and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in electrical, plumbing, or mechanical work.
• Ability to read electrical/hydraulic diagrams and locate faults.
• Comfort using a multimeter and working with customers.

Responsibilities

• Perform 2–3 service calls daily at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose faults using diagrams and measurement tools.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with care and precision.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters as needed.
• Provide detailed service notes and manage digital tickets (ServiceTitan).
• Explain findings to customers in plain language; verify machine operation post-repair.
