Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions is seeking a field service technician in Cedar Park, Texas. You will perform hands-on maintenance and repair on commercial coffee equipment, handling electrical, plumbing, and mechanical aspects while diagnosing faults and ensuring machines run correctly.

You will run 2–3 service calls daily, interpret diagrams, build adapters, and document findings for enterprise accounts. A valid driver's license, ability to lift 75 lbs, and access to a company vehicle after training are

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience in electrical, plumbing, mechanical, or similar projects.
• Ability to interpret electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Familiarity with using a multimeter in field service work.

Responsibilities

• Conduct 2–3 service calls per day at commercial accounts.
• Diagnose faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues on coffee equipment.
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes and build adapters when needed.
• Disassemble/reassemble components with precision and document findings.
• Capture time, manage digital tickets, and communicate findings clearly.
• Walk customers through results, and verify machine output by tasting coffee.
