Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial coffee equipment.
• Identify electrical and plumbing components and build adapters as needed.
• Document findings clearly in service notes and manage digital tickets.
• Explain findings to customers in clear, non-technical language.
• Post-repair tasting to confirm proper machine operation.
