Job summary

CCR Beverage Solutions, based in Red Oak, TX, seeks a Coffee Equipment Technician to service commercial espresso machines, brewers, grinders, and water systems. You will diagnose faults, perform repairs in the field, and verify calibration by tasting coffee.

You’ll work with a team that supports dispatch, inventory, and back‑office tasks. Role requires comfort with a multimeter, basic hand tools, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Comfort with a multimeter and basic hand tools.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75 lbs and perform field work.
• Experience with home electrical work or hands‑on projects.

Responsibilities

• Make two to three service calls at commercial coffee locations (cafes, hotels, hospitality).
• Measure voltage, resistance, capacitance and continuity with a multimeter.
• Trace faults using electrical and hydraulic diagrams; identify thread types and outlet configurations.
• Take apart and reassemble equipment carefully and locate parts in diagrams and manuals.
• Write accurate service notes and keep tickets in ServiceTitan; communicate findings clearly to customers.
• Taste test coffee to verify calibration after repairs.
