CCR Beverage Solutions Refugio, TX is seeking a hands-on Field Service Technician to keep commercial coffee equipment running for cafes, hotels, and hospitality businesses across the region. You’ll diagnose issues, perform on-site maintenance, and ensure machines produce consistent results.

You’ll travel to client sites, use a multimeter, read electrical and hydraulic diagrams, and document findings with clear notes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on repair experience (electrical, plumbing, mechanical or related)
• Must know how to use a multimeter before day one
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record; ability to lift 75 lbs; reliable smartphone; secure address for parts deliveries

Responsibilities

• Run two to three service calls per day at commercial accounts
• Use a multimeter to measure voltage, resistance, capacitance, and continuity
• Read electrical and hydraulic diagrams to isolate faults
• Identify outlet types and plumbing thread sizes; build adapters when needed
• Disassemble and reassemble components with precision
• Pull part numbers from diagrams and manufacturer documentation
• Write detailed service notes with accurate findings and no slang
• Track time and manage digital tickets through ServiceTitan
• Explain findings in clear language to customers
• Taste coffee post-repair to confirm proper operation
