Associa is seeking a Code Enforcement Specialist to uphold property standards within community associations in the Ft. Worth/Mid-Cities area.

You will inspect properties for maintenance, landscaping, safety, and compliance, and document findings for enforcement actions. Responsibilities include notifying responsible parties, investigating code violations, enforcing codes within community boundaries, and using company software to upload photos and violations.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate's Degree preferred.
• 0–3 years of related experience.

Aufgaben

• Notify responsible parties of code issues in writing, by phone, in person and electronically.
• Respond to and investigate allegations of code violations to determine validity and mitigation steps.
• Investigate and enforce property codes within community boundaries.
• Schedule and perform inspections by driving through and walking communities to meet property standards; mileage paid.
• Upload photos and violations using company software.
• Other duties as assigned.
