Capital Consultants Management Corporation (CCMC) is seeking a Community Standards Associate to support our community standards team and help preserve property standards within master-planned communities. You will handle administrative duties, assist homeowners, educate on modification processes, coordinate applications, and help with inspections and violations while maintaining files.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Excellent communication skills and telephone demeanor.
• Self-motivated, dependable, organized, and efficient with strong problem-solving skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office programs.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and personal vehicle with liability insurance.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Perform administrative, coordination, and documentation tasks.
• Provide information and materials to homeowners.
• Educate homeowners on modification applications and governing documents.
• Coordinate modification applications through approval/denial.
• Assist with compliance inspections.
• Process and track violations.
• Organize and maintain files.
• Respond to homeowner calls and emails.
• Light HOA administrative tasks to support daily operations.
