Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide timely review and resolution to escalated code enforcement issues.
• Serve as the point of contact for new city compliance issues.
• Ensure that all new requirements are tracked and posted on departmental documentation.
• Respond to all business communications within 24-48 hours.
• Meet or exceed productivity and quality standards set by the department.
