City of Easton is seeking a Code Compliance Officer to enforce municipal codes and manage inspections at City Hall, Easton, PA.

The role conducts field inspections, investigates complaints, and maintains complete electronic case records while coordinating with multiple departments to ensure timely compliance. A valid PA driver's license is required and ICC certification must be obtained within 45 days of starting.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
• One year of office or field experience with Windows-based software.
• Two years of experience related to inspection, code enforcement, or building inspection preferred.
• Ability to read and apply municipal ordinances and codes.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with safe driving record.
• Willing to obtain ICC Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector certification within 45 days.
