Job summary

Productivity Inc is seeking an experienced Outside Technical Sales Rep specializing in CNC tooling and accessories in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will develop and grow relationships with manufacturers, help customers select tooling and machining accessories, and analyze processes to recommend improvements that boost productivity.

Ideal candidates have hands-on CNC machining experience, strong knowledge of carbide tooling and workholding, and can discuss applications with programmers,

Qualifications

• Hands-on CNC machining experience in a production or job shop.
• Strong knowledge of carbide cutting tools, indexable tooling, workholding, and machining processes.
• Experience selecting tooling, feeds and speeds, and optimizing machining operations.
• Ability to discuss machining applications with programmers, engineers, shop owners, and production managers.
• Sales experience is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow relationships with manufacturers in the Dallas–Fort Worth market.
• Help customers select cutting tools, workholding, and machining accessories.
• Analyze machining processes and recommend tooling improvements to reduce cycle times and increase profitability.
• Work with customers on the shop floor to troubleshoot machining challenges and implement process improvements.
• Generate new business while maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships.
• Partner with tooling manufacturers to deliver technical solutions with measurable value.
