Job summary

ZOLL Cardiac Management Solutions is seeking a field-based clinical representative to support customers and drive efficient order processing. You will collaborate with Territory Managers to improve market penetration, educate on MO requirements, and act as a revenue specialist through exception management while leveraging local payor knowledge.

Responsibilities include educating staff on MO requirements, identifying EMR/HL7 opportunities, and partnering with TM and HSD to automate processes,

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 5+ years of relevant internal (ZOLL) experience required.
• Minimum 3 years hospital/HF/nursing experience required.
• Clinical experience navigating hospital flow, document collection, and interactions with providers and patients.

Responsibilities

• Educate ZOLL Customers and staff on Medical Order requirements.
• Identify EMR/HL7 order opportunities in accounts and key stakeholders.
• Develop EMR/HL7 champions.
• Partner with HSD for MO process automation.
• Prioritize care objectives to determine the best path for patient care and advise providers.
