Responsibilities

• Determine best care path by coordinating with office staff and providers.
• Proactively use Plan of Care to inform next level of care.
• Collaborate with National Accounts and payers to drive efficiency.
• Educate hospital staff on device order requirements and workflows.
• Maintain documentation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
