Barrington James is partnering with a startup focused on vascular solutions to improve fistula use in hemodialysis. We seek a Field Clinical Specialist to cover the Mid-Atlantic with Nashville as the base, traveling 50-60% across NC, SC, TN, VA, DC to support the regional team.

The role involves training teams, expanding clinical knowledge, and collaborating with sales to implement procedures. OR and vascular/dialysis familiarity is valued; strong communication is essential.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in OR procedures or related medical role.
• Clinical background in nurses, radiology techs or surgical staff.
• Vascular/dialysis access experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Train the surgical team to assist in good patient outcomes.
• Acquire and maintain current knowledge of perioperative practice.
• Develop technical acumen to serve as an educational resource.
• Provide continual feedback to improve training tools.
• Partner with US Sales to bridge from sales to implementation.
• Assist in delivery of procedural training with physicians and staff.
