BD in USA NJ - Franklin Lakes is seeking a Clinical Specialist to deliver flawless clinical support and education for our Medication Delivery Solutions portfolio. You will lead training, engage end-users, and collaborate with regional teams to optimize outcomes and ensure high-quality customer care.

The role requires RN with BSN preferred, 5+ years nursing experience, 3+ years ultrasound-guided vascular access, and travel up to 70% with a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with BSN preferred; 5+ years nursing experience.
• 3+ years ultrasound-guided vascular access (PICC & midline) experience.
• Strong training and education skills desired.
• Willingness to travel up to 70% and maintain a valid driver's license.
• Knowledge of infusion therapy and vascular access in MDS products.

Responsibilities

• Manage travel and expense within budgets.
• Update Clinical Manager on regional training activities.
• Lead customer training for conversion or retention opportunities.
• Collaborate with regional team to support customer engagements.
• Develop strong relationships and provide product in-servicing and education.
• Provide post-training follow-ups at end-user locations as needed.
• Conduct regional training for nursing support contracts.
• Optimize scheduling with Clinical Manager and Regional Business Manager.
• Conduct vascular access management assessments for vascular care and sales.
