Job summary

Inspire Medical Systems in the United States seeks a Field Clinical Representative to provide technical and clinical support for the Inspire therapy and devices. You will work with physicians, clinic staff and field teams to ensure safe adoption and procedural success in the Dallas area.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of clinical/healthcare or medical device experience, strong communication and computer skills, and willingness to travel, including overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 2+ years clinical/healthcare or medical device experience, or equivalent Inspire experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office (PowerPoint and Excel).
• Travel willingness, including overnights within territory.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education to account clinical staff.
• Post-training follow up including procedural reviews and inservicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales on training/support for customers.
• Disseminate clinical information to customers and sales teams.
• Provide technical expertise for regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant publications and clinical evidence.
