Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is seeking a Field Clinical Representative to support the Dallas metro area with technical and clinical expertise for Inspire therapy and products. You will work with customers, physicians, clinic staff and Inspire field staff to drive procedural and practice success.

The role requires travel within the territory, ongoing education, and post-training follow-up; the salary ranges from $100,000 to $130,000 USD, with benefits and a focus on patient outcomes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or associate degree with relevant clinical/healthcare/medical device experience or Inspire experience.
• Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively in a clinical setting.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office including PowerPoint and Excel.
• Problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to travel (including overnight) within territory.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support during implant procedures and at device activation.
• Maintain credentials enabling access to hospitals and clinics.
• Provide technical leadership and education in assigned region to account clinical staff.
• Provide post-training follow up including procedural reviews and servicing.
• Assist customers in device troubleshooting.
• Collaborate with sales personnel on training/support for targeted customers.
• Disseminate peer‑reviewed scientific and clinical information to customers and assigned sales team as needed.
• Provide technical expertise for assigned regional education and training activities.
• Stay current on relevant scientific publications and clinical evidence.
