Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine seeks a field-based Clinical Representative for Monarch Urology to support surgical procedures and education across hospital and ambulatory settings in the Santa Clara area. You will deliver clinical support and training to surgeons and staff, driving system utilization while maintaining regulatory standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 3 years of relevant experience; or an associate degree plus 5 years of experience.
• Clinical, medical device technical and/or sales experience required.
• Experience in urology, endourology, or surgical robotics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-case procedural support to physicians, nurses, and staff.
• Help create and maintain strong customer relationships through training and service.
• Support account development to increase utilization of Monarch Urology and related products.
• Assist with product demonstrations, launch planning, and education initiatives.
• Travel extensively within the assigned territory to support procedures and growth.
