Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a field-based Clinical Specialist to support Neuroscience technology across the Cranial & Spinal Technologies portfolio. The role requires residing in the territory and traveling to multiple accounts with a valid driver’s license.

You will provide clinical, technical and product knowledge support, train hospital staff and physicians, and maintain systems to ensure optimal performance while meeting quality and service expectations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years in clinical, medical sales or imaging/navigation/robotics.
• Optionally an AS degree with 4+ years in the field, or a Bachelors with 2+ years in the field.
• Must meet travel to accounts within the territory and may involve overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate on-site installations with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team.
• Provide technical assistance during technology-enabled procedures.
• Maintain system hardware/software for performance and upgrades.
• Educate physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures.
• Provide training and resources for trainers within hospitals.
