Job summary

Medtronic is seeking a Clinical Specialist in the United States to support Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic procedures. This field-based role requires travel within the territory and to customer sites, with a valid driver's license and adherence to quality systems.

The position supports education, training, and technical service for Medtronic Neurosurgery/Navigation/Robotic systems and requires strong clinical and customer-relations skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED AND 6+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience.
• Associate’s Degree with 4+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience; or
• Bachelor’s degree with 2+ years of clinical, medical sales or medical imaging/navigation/robotics experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with NRCs and Surgical Synergy team for on-site installations.
• Represent Medtronic during technology-enabled procedures to provide technical assistance.
• Maintain system hardware and software to maximize performance and upgrade as needed.
• Provide training and education to physicians and hospital staff on technology-enabled procedures.
• Travel within the territory and may travel overnight as required.
