Job summary

Karius seeks an Associate Clinical Sales Manager to develop a defined regional book, drive early adoption, and coordinate with ISR/CSM. This field role requires building pipeline, securing first meetings, and onboarding new accounts while advancing them toward repeat orders.

The role features formal training, relocation flexibility, and substantial travel within the Lexington–Charleston region to optimize infectious disease diagnostics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 1–2 years healthcare or life sciences sales experience, or 3+ years in healthcare.
• Sales training or certification preferred.
• Ability to relocate to CSM territory when a seat becomes available.

Responsibilities

• Own a defined book of business within approximately a 3-hour drivable radius; build and execute a localized account plan.
• Generate leads and secure first meetings; coordinate handoffs with ISR and CSM.
• Onboard net-new accounts and lead them through first order; collaborate with ISR for handoffs.
