Job summary

Saluda Medical is seeking a Field Enablement & Training Leader to scale training programs for Territory Managers and center staff across the Evoke ecosystem. Reporting to Sales Training & Enablement, you will design repeatable training, own regional content and certification paths, and partner with Marketing and Clinical teams to translate field insights into scalable assets.

Must travel ~50% and reside near major airport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering (highly preferred).
• MS, PhD or applicable advanced degree preferred.
• 5+ years’ experience in medical device, health care, or a clinical setting.
• 2–3 years clinical medical device experience or equivalent, ideally with closed‑loop implantable devices.
• Experience designing and delivering training or education programs, and scaling knowledge across a field team.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver structured, repeatable training programs enabling teams to independently cover cases and program patients.
• Own regional training content, proctoring, and certification pathways with Sales Training & Enablement.
• Translate frontline insights into scalable enablement assets and playbooks.
• Provide in‑field development and onboarding for new hires with a clear path to independence.
• Support adoption and alignment with marketing, clinical, and education teams.
