Maximus is hiring a Field Clinical Assessment Coordinator to join our Outreach & Assessment team in Illinois. You will conduct person-centered outreach interviews, transitional assessments, and clinical evaluations to identify needs, risks, strengths, and preferences.

The role requires travel up to 85% across Cook County and the Chicago metro area, with occasional travel outside the region. You will partner with state agencies and community partners to ensure timely, high-quality assessment
