Job summary

Ceribell is hiring a Clinical Account Manager to drive growth across hospitals in the region. The role requires 60% travel (3 days a week) and cannot be remote; you will educate physicians and clinical staff on Ceribell’s EEG platform and manage new site launches.

You will collaborate with the Territory Manager, expand adoption, and lead clinical training while building strong hospital partnerships. Competitive base and eligible OTE align with market expectations.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of recent critical care sales experience OR 5 years of medical device or pharma sales experience OR RNs with industry experience in supporting sales teams.
• Excellent communicator, relationship builder, creative & effective problem solver, highly organized and able to prioritize strategically.
• Ability to assess and understand different stakeholders’ needs/wants, process cross-functional agendas, and adjust strategy to achieve desired outcomes.
• Confidence to challenge the status quo and influence meaningful change through consensus building.
• Driven & coachable: innate desire to succeed; willing to seek coaching, accept feedback and apply new skills to support measurable change.
• Grit and high integrity.
• Bonus points: start-up experience or experience working with disruptive technology, medical device experience, neuro ICU clinical experience, sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive new and organic growth by expanding Ceribell use within existing customers and launching at new sites.
• Collaborate with Territory Manager to run deployments and introduce new Ceribell products.
• Build advocacy inside facilities and use data to drive interest and physician education.
• Develop leads within install base through presentations, peer education, and training.
• Manage upgrades and departmental expansion; apply strong project management for launches.
• Educate clinicians and hospital staff on Ceribell workflow and clinical usage; troubleshoot as needed.
