Job summary

Solera Holdings, LLC. is seeking a Part Time - Field Claims Representative for virtual PA/NY engagement. You will conduct on-site property claim inventories following SOS field processes, build rapport with insurers and clients, and support business development through service excellence.

Travel within your geographic area is required. You will coordinate with the Scheduling team, perform inventory walkthroughs, capture photos, and complete reports within 24 hours of inventory completion.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic data entry.

Responsibilities

• Present in a professional manner at all times onsite with homeowners and adjusters.
• Coordinate with scheduling team on assignments and timelines.
• Conduct site walkthroughs, interview insured, and photograph scenes as needed.
• Complete inventory of total loss contents and report findings within 24 hours.
