Job summary

Solera Corporation is seeking a Field Claims Representative to conduct on-site inventory assignments and manage communications with insureds, adjusters, and restoration teams. You will perform walkthroughs, document room contents, and generate timely reports from the field.

The role emphasizes professional presentation, strong problem solving and organizational skills, and willingness to travel locally and overnight. Experience in property/casualty claims and restoration is a plus.

Qualifications

• Results oriented with teamwork.
• Property and Casualty claim experience a plus.
• Restoration industry experience a plus.
• Ability to travel to site location in your geographic area.
• Ability to lift up to 30 pounds.
• Independent work without onsite supervision.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle for daily/overnight travel.

Responsibilities

• Present in a professional manner both in person and in vehicle appearance.
• Coordinate with Scheduling team on assignments and arrivals.
• Meet insured, their POC, the adjuster, public adjuster, or restoration company on site.
• Conduct walkthroughs and brief interviews, taking photos of each room in the home/business.
• Capture a complete inventory of total loss contents and document findings.
• Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory.
