Job summary

Solera Holdings, Inc. is seeking a Part Time Field Claims Representative for the PA/NY area to conduct on-site property claim inventories and support field operations.

The role requires professional presentation, travel to sites, and coordination with the Scheduling and management teams to ensure timely inventory captures and reporting. The position involves daily on-site work, walks-throughs with insureds and other parties, and timely completion of all reporting tasks, with a focus on accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to travel to site location within your geographic area.

Responsibilities

• Present in a professional manner both in personal and vehicle appearance.
• Coordinate with Scheduling team on assigned visits and postings.
• Meet with insured, their point of contact, adjuster, and/or restoration company on-site.
• Conduct a walkthrough and take photos of each room in the home/business.
• Complete reports and administrative duties within 24 hours of inventory capture.
